Eight years ago when I was building our cottage/home, I had the stairs and railing made by Ralph Clark of Ravenwood Stairways.
Recently, a couple of stairs developed squeaks and I called Ravenwood to see if it was possible to have the squeaks fixed. Not only did Mr. Clark come out and fix the squeaks eight years after doing the job, he did so with a smile and at no charge.
That is what I call exceptional service. Thanks a lot, Ralph.
